- Step 3: Order will be booked as per the Address, Phone number and Pincode entered at the time of placing the order.
- Step 4: You will receive an SMS on your mentioned mobile number with customer ID and Work Order number. This mobile number will be the registered mobile number with service provider
- Step 5: You will get a call from the Installer at the Pincode where the order is booked to fix an appointment and commence installation.
- Step 6: The installer will visit the mentioned address and install the new Set Top Box connection.
